By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ase356 platform (accessible at ase356.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ase356 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ase356 platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact the support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and ase356 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, agreements, and understandings — whether oral or written — between you and ase356 on the subject matter covered herein.

ase356 operates as an English-language online betting and casino platform specifically serving the Bangladesh market. All platform communications, including these Terms, are provided in English. To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ase356, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

ase356 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Declined applicants will not have any funds charged to their payment method as a result of the registration attempt alone.

Each person may hold only one ase356 account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than attempting to register a new account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and is treated as an attempt to abuse the platform.

Once your ase356 account is active, you take on a number of ongoing obligations designed to protect both the security of your account and the integrity of the platform as a whole.

Credential Confidentiality: Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person under any circumstances. ase356 staff will never ask for your password — if you receive a message claiming to be from ase356 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Device Security: It is your responsibility to ensure that the device you use to access ase356 is reasonably secured against unauthorised access — for example, by using a screen lock, keeping your operating system updated, and not saving your ase356 password in a shared or public device's browser.

Accurate Personal Information: You must keep your registered personal details accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, address, or other registered details change, update them via your account settings or contact support. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or identity verification.

Unauthorised Access: Any action taken on your account using your valid credentials is treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ase356 support immediately so the account can be secured. ase356 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Transfers: ase356 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or transfer your account — or the balance within it — to any other person. Attempts to transfer accounts will result in suspension of both the originating and receiving accounts.

Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as inactive. ase356 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered details before any inactivity-related account actions are taken. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with the procedure communicated to you at the time of notification.

All financial transactions on ase356 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ase356 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is performed by ase356; if your payment provider charges a conversion fee, that fee is your responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: ase356 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current availability is displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your ase356 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on your card issuer's processing time. ase356 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts generally have access to higher transaction limits.

Withdrawal Requirements: To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. ase356 may require additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

Withdrawal Processing Times: ase356 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of an approved withdrawal request being submitted. Actual transfer times depend on your payment provider. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically arrive faster than card-based withdrawals.

Refusal of Transactions: ase356 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ase356 will communicate with you via your registered contact details and may request additional documentation.

Dormant Account Balances: Balances held in accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more months may be subject to a monthly administration fee as communicated in the dormant account notification sent to your registered contact details. ase356 will always attempt to return remaining balances to the account holder before applying any such fee.

Your use of ase356's betting and gaming products is subject to both these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules applicable to each game or market type. Product-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel or the relevant sportsbook market page.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on ase356 are subject to acceptance by the platform. ase356 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on clicking a submit button — always verify the confirmation.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. ase356 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at any time, including in response to unusual wagering patterns.

Errors and Technical Issues: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, ase356 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. ase356 will not be liable for losses arising from a player's inability to place a bet due to technical problems outside ase356's reasonable control.

Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. ase356 operates a short delay between bet submission and confirmation to accommodate price movements during live events. By using live betting, you accept that the odds displayed at the time you click may differ from the odds at which your bet is confirmed.

Sports Results: For sportsbook markets, the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international fixtures) governs bet settlement. ase356 does not accept customer disputes based on results reported by third-party media outlets that differ from the official record.

Casino Game Rules: Each casino game (slots, live casino, specialty games) is governed by its own rules as presented within the game interface. RNG games use certified random number generation. Live casino games follow standard table game rules as implemented by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, etc.). In any conflict between ase356's general terms and a game provider's in-game rules, the in-game rules govern for that specific game.

Winnings: Winnings from bets and games are credited to your ase356 account balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings form part of your available balance and may be used for further wagering or withdrawn subject to the withdrawal rules in Section 4.

ase356 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — the amount by which the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Players should read these carefully before opting into any offer.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated. ase356 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one remains active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: ase356 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated or coordinated wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to have abused a bonus offer will have the bonus and any associated winnings voided and may have their account suspended.

Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: ase356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already opted into and partially fulfilled an offer's requirements are respected to the extent reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ase356 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ase356 actively monitors platform activity and employs fraud detection systems to identify and act on prohibited behaviour.

• Fraudulent Account Activity: Using false identity documents, stolen payment credentials, or any form of deception to register or operate an ase356 account.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ase356 account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use ase356 if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access to the platform by an underage person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game, or sharing information with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software macros, or any automated tool to interact with ase356's betting or gaming interfaces.
• Money Laundering: Using ase356 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to disguise the origin of such funds through gambling transactions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely received and credited to your ase356 account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the ase356 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable bug will be voided.

If you become aware of any suspected fraud, technical vulnerability, or prohibited conduct by another player on ase356, you are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially.

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your ase356 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. ase356 will process voluntary closure requests within five business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to ase356's standard KYC verification process.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, ase356 offers a self-exclusion option. Self-excluded accounts are locked for the duration of the self-exclusion period and cannot be reopened early. During self-exclusion, you will be removed from all promotional communications. Suspension by ase356: ase356 reserves the right to suspend an account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or where required by a regulatory or law enforcement obligation. During a suspension, access to the account and its balance may be restricted pending investigation.

Closure by ase356: Following the conclusion of an investigation into a suspected breach, ase356 may permanently close an account. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling), the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Appeals: If your account has been suspended or closed by ase356 and you believe the decision was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] with your account details and the grounds for your appeal. ase356 will review all appeals in good faith and respond within ten business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to online platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the support and appeals process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
